Here are Box Labels: Avery Sheet & Individual for sizes 2½ to 12 UK that have the Length specified for 5⅚% toe room. For ~6⅔% toe room subtract 2mm from Length and add 2mm for ~5%.


Toe Room is ⅔" & 6⅔% for IT
Foot increment is 4⅙mm. Incrementing the Brannock scale by ½ size increments the IT system by ⅔ size. Here is the US Men's Brannock Width Table for all sizes. An IT/EU Ruler Overlay When printed for accuracy it must measure 75mm from size 38 to size 50. The smaller non bold type are the US sizes to align with on the device. Printing on label stock and laminating it with wide clear tape should produce a durable result. Here is a useable paper version from an online retailer with an updated table to accurately mesh with IT/EU & UK sizing and formulas added of a Mens Brannock Device (11"×17" Paper) with the IT/EU ruler overlay applied. Here are Box Labels: Avery Sheet & Individual for sizes 5½ to 15 that have the Length specified for 6⅔% toe room and the MondoPoint based Mens Brannock Foot Ruler found in the New US Mens Brannock document.

× IT = Heel Height Differential in mm

Incrementing the foot length by ⅛" for IT increments the US Womens Brannock size by ⅜ and this will align when overlayed unto the ½ size ⅙" increment on the Brannock Device i.e. the ½" icremented Barleycorn sizes associated with the IT sizes in the menu will align with the appropriate sizes on the device. An IT Ruler Overlay When printed for accuracy it must measure 2¾" from size 33 to size 44. The smaller non bold type are the US sizes to align with on the device. Printing on label stock and laminating it with wide clear tape should produce a durable result. Inch and cm/mm specifications are the actual maximum recomended foot length using the specified toe room for the associated size and not the last or inside lenght of the shoe. The size specifications generated from the original Barleycorn and Paris Point formulas reflect a true and accurate conversion in a best fit manner. The JP spec is mondopoint expressed in cm however the ½CM increment for athletic shoes is the last or inside length of the shoe. While the menus contain a full range of sizes it may be more useful to trim them down to suit your needs by eliminating some of the largest and smallest sizes that would not be used. For the desktop the columns in the drop down menus do line up in Firefox but not in Safari or Chrome and in no mobile browser I've tried do they line up either. This may be a shortcomming of the drop down menu or there may be a better 'style' solution that will solve it. Really Safari, Chrome, and other browsers need to properly display properly formatted monospaced text. It also would be nice if <select> tags could be wrapped in <pre> tags allowing column alignment using spaces only.

Manufacturing shoes with a Brannock ½ Sizing increment where the Last is incremented by ⅔ Paris Point (4⁴/₉mm) will provide a consistent 6⅔% for M and 5% for W toe room across the whole size range instead of ⅔" & ½" respectively where the toe room percentage decreases as the size increases.
